I am having a problem (in Vista of course...) when I go into options of F.E.A.R, and Command and Conquer: Zero Hour, I don't get the option for 1440 x 900.

Instead I get 1152 x 864 as option...what the crap?

I know it has worked on other people's MBP's cause they post benchmarks etc running the games at 1440x900 so what gives any ideas?

Some games have only a few resolution settings, others have the wide screen resolutions under a "wide screen" tab/option/etc if nothing else ask on that games support forum and you'll get a quick response, it's a fairly easy process for most people.

Many games don't include the option to, by default, choose any possible resolution. There's usually a way around it though. I used a shortcut option in XP to get BF2142 to run at 1440x900.

I couldn't immediately find anything for C&CG:ZH, but I'm sure there's something similar if its not a default option.

I'm running C&C 3 under 1440x900 fine in Bootcamp, but I'm using Windows XP. It was listed under the options of resolution so I dont know if its a Vista specific issue or not.
