MP 1,1-5,1 RX580 Mac EFI UGA?

I would like to get a boot screen on my RX580. There’s the MVC option but I noticed an eBay seller selling these cards with a ROM different from MVC:

Since I purchased my RX for $120 used, the only option would be sending it to MVC. However, I would like to flash it myself. Anyone knows if there is some work done in this area?

How you know that card use a different ROM? It just looks like another seller steal MVC's ROM, and flash them onto other RX580.

I cannot find the post anymore, but someone detailed the ROM id/signature from that seller's card and compared with MVC's? That's how I bookmarked the seller.

It's easy to hex edit the ROM revision etc.
