RX580 Pulse fans not spinning

Just by chance i took a look inside my mac only to see that the fans on the RX580 were not spinning.
I reseated the card and rebooted, the fans did spin but stopped after everything was loaded.
I updated the boot rom yesterday, but don't know if this was the cause. Any ideas??

Boot ROM Version: 140.0.0.0.0
Radeon RX580 Pulse 8GB

From what I've read, they only spin when needed.

Load the card and you will see them spinning . Furmark test or similar
