Stalker is PC only. If you mean you want to run Stalker in Windows on your MBP, then yes, you can with BootCamp.
I'm now playing Stalker on my late 2007 24" iMac, with BootCamp and Windows XP Pro on a partition. I left all settings at default, and the game runs beautifully.
Your MBP specs may be quite different than mine, but the idea is the same: Stalker is PC only unless you have installed a Windows OS on a partition with either BootCamp or another program that allows Windows on Mac OS.
