S0 replacement to S1?

I recently sent in my S0 apple watch and expect a replacement since I have AppleCare+. Since apple discontinued the S0 will they replace it with a S1?

Apple has replacements strictly for warranty/Apple Care. Whatever you owned previously, is the exact same Model you will receive in return. The First Gen Watch may not be manufactured anymore, but Apple has stock on hand strictly for these types of situations.
