Guys I have attached a small video of something flickering above the percentage sign on my s10 1 TB ceramic white unit.

It does happen only when I initiate a call.

This is. It a pixel that dead but only flickers during a call

You can see it in one and not the other. Please can you check if you guys have this as well

It's the proximity sensor. It's under the screen. It make sense that it only fires when you are on a call as it's trying to find your face to turn off the screen.

That's a pretty cool hidden feature that hasn't gotten much publicity. Proximity sensor uses electromagnetic field and not optical (no punch hole required) so that's how they managed to make it work in-screen. May be the world's first in-screen proximity sensor.

Except it seems these don’t work very well if the phone is turning on in people’s pockets and purses. It will be interesting to see how that gets addressed.
