Are the new Sabrent Rocket Q drives 2TB, 4TB or even the 8TB works in Mac Pro 6.1?
Any experience?

You might want to take a look in the sticky thread. The 4TB and 8TB are so new I don’t think people have tried them yet, but it looks like some people are using the lower capacity ones, so they should be fine. (Edit: Some people in that thread have reported problems with them. I suggest to avoid them.)

Also, please don’t call the 6,1 “trashcan.”

I've been using a Rocket 4Tb (not the Q) with a ST-NGFF2013-C for about 8 months now without issues. Temperatures have been well within the safety spec. I'm not even using a heatsink but have raised the fan speed a little with an app called TG Pro. A far as I've read the Q drives run hotter so they might not be a good choice.
