Saddle Brown Classic Buckle Combinations

Hi,

I'm looking to get my wife an Apple Watch (Series 2) for Christmas. I think she'd like the saddle brown classic buckle strap (it's timeless).

Question though:
I'm not sure if I'd get the stainless steel version. I was thinking of getting an aluminium version but it doesn't really look like the brown strap matches any. Is there a link to different saddle brown combinations anywhere on the web?

What would you do? Go all in with the stainless steel or get an aluminium version and purchase the saddle brown strap separately?

I purchased saddle brown from clockwork synergy. You can select adapters that match the Watch. It's not the classic buckle if you specifically want that closure though. I was more concerned with the band than the buckle myself.

Thanks for the reply. Just looking at the different watches on Apple's site, the saddle brown strap doesn't really go with anything other than the stainless steel version.

Saddle brown looks good on the SS and SB SS to me, but the SS adapters clashing with the space black Watch is a deal breaker for me. Same with the adapters not matching with that rose gold Watch.

Agreed. Leather with stainless steel looks very classy.

I think i'm going to go for the SS Saddle Brown combo for her. I've held both and the added weight associated with the SS model as well as the scratch resistance etc really add to the package.

The stainless weight and leather band feel really premium as well. Very professional looking.
