Safari 10.0.1

How to make Safari 10.0.1 open links in a new window. I have an iMac running El Capitan 10.11.6 and this is the way I had it set. It's no longer doing that (I guess after an update?)

Thank you! It used to just automatically open in a new window. I guess I'll just have to get used to the fact that I'll have to go to a little trouble to do that now. Thanks again!
