Safari 14 Video Bug

A new (?) bug has emerged in Safari 14. Some (nearly all) video content starts auto-playing even if I have checked "Never Auto-Play" in website settings as well as "Disallow Inline Video" in Debug -> Media Flags. How can this even be possible? Any suggestions?
