Safari 15.0 - Add bookmark = instant Safari crash

As title says. I'm on 11.6 on a M1 2020 MacBookAir. I saw a reference to Safari crashing like this for a user on reddit but that's about it.

*Update: it seems it only crashes when trying to add a bookmark for any content on youtube.com. I'm not logged in since I don't have a Gog account.

I've had it crash on quite a few different sites, not just Google-based ones. It's incredibly annoying as I just switched everything back over to Safari. I don't know what browser to switch to because this is becoming infuriating.

Whatever it is, it's insanely annoying. I've since gone back to Brave. Honestly the M1 version of Brave seems quite a bit faster than Safari, and I don't have to deal with any broken websites.

I have this exact one as well, except it works fine to add Macrumors as bookmark, but crashes on Youtube or Reddit?!?!
