Safari 18.0.1 crashing on 14.7

I just updated to 14.7 and Safari 18.0.1. Since updating, Safari has crashed a number of times with this appearing in the report:
BUG IN CLIENT OF LIBPLATFORM: Trying to recursively lock an os_unfair_lock

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
