I've been getting crashing issues with Safari 6.0 in the GM version of ML. Has this happened to anyone else? It seems to crash more when I'm in fullscreen mode but has crashed in other websites as well especially when I have more than 5-6 tabs open.

I have a 2011 iMac 27inch quad i5 with 4gb of ram.

Did you do an upgrade or clean install?

I have not had any issues, but I mostly use Chrome.

i'm on a 13in mid-2010 2.4 w/8gb RAM, and safari 6.0 started great but recently it has been terrible. Sometimes the scrolling stops or is extremely slow, the typing is on a 10 second delay for input, or it just stops the entire computer. I'm not even using full screen either. FTR, I upgraded not clean install.

I use chrome too but I'd like safari to work 100%, I did an upgrade instead of a clean install. I'd like to clean install but I dont want my bootcamp partition to mess up (skyrim). Is it possible to clean install without deleting a bootcamp partition? If not I'm going to try to replicate the problem as much as possible.

Clean install wont touch BootCamp, unless you accidentally erase the wrong partition.

I have a a 2012 MBA, I did a clean install. Safari started out great, but later in the day starts to load pages slow. Safari has never crashed on me though, it has never just closed on me either.

I just did a reinstall of the OS this weekend, everything seems ok. I had too many legacy apps from a previous time machine backup. Thanks guys

Well in my previous reply I forgot to note that I had Adblock enabled. Since turning it off for the past few days, Safari has been much more stable and faster. Also, memory management is improved by about 100% in the "web content". I should've thought of that before I made my original reply but I wanted to clear it up so as to not blame Safari.
