Did they remove Reset Safari? I can't find the option anywhere.

They seriously removed the (somewhat) fine-grained history deletion feature?

Sometimes Apple has the most baffling ideas.

Joining up history clearing with cookies is a step backwards that causes more harm than good.

Safari reset capability with Yosemite

(A Dummies level newbie):
Does anyone know of a Safari Extension as to how I can reset Safari under Yosemite, so that I get a solid clean occurring AND being returned to a designated home page.

Alternatively, craft some code that even I can copy to have the above occur please. Ideally create something, so that I can just click and icon.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
(Mac Pro Retina, 2012 build).
