Hello, i am using Safari because it's battery friendly and fast

The only thing is bothering me are bookmarks, i don't like the way they're managed.

Is there any extension that will allow me to add the bookmark at the bottom of the bookmark list and to choose the preferred folder?

Something like QuickMark for Firefox

Add Bookmark… lets you choose the folder, and places the bookmark at the bottom of that folder or list.

I'm still bewildered that you can't even sort bookmarks in Safari.
Bookmarks menu->Edit Bookmarks to edit, but yes to sort you'll have to do it by hand or export to something like URL Manager, sort, then import again.

Get Xmarks and you can edit in Chrome and it will sync them with Safari.

That's what I was doing when I was using both browsers. Now with Yosemite it's looking like I'll stick with Safari. But any major book mark edits I can still do in Chrome and just let them sync.

When I'm in the web address bar, I got the drop down box with my favorites listed.

Is there anyway to remove that drop down box? Kind of annoying when below it I have my Favorites Bookmarks Bar.

Thanks!

Bookmarks > Add Bookmark or cmd + D does what you want. I use cmd + D whenever I'm adding a bookmark.
