Safari and "Safe" downloaded Files...

I'm sure that I am not the only person to have this problem!! I want safari to open Office files automatically once they have downloaded!!! I cant believe that Apple does not give you the option to do this! I understand why they have not done it but I expect the option to be able to do it!!

Any ideas anyone?

Thats a helpful plugin. Its almost perfect for what I need. However, I really need something that will automatically download the file + then open file in word. Also, it will ideally need to be able to handle powerpoint + excel files as well. Ideally, something that brings up a box that says: Do you want to open / save this file.
