iOS Safari back and forward characters?

Implemented a UIWebView in my application for browsing the web, and I'm trying to find the characters that Apple uses for their back and forward buttons in Safari, but I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Anybody know where I can find these? Are they perhaps images and not characters?

They're certainly images.

I ended up creating my own images to fit my forward/back buttons.
