iPad Safari Bookmarks Issues [Solved]

First thing first let clear the basics

IOS Version is current and this is an ipad air

my main issue with safari is i have got empty bookmarks i cant delete anyone else had this happen and know how to fix

Safari does not backup to icloud

am not sure if this should be in ios apps or ios 11 so please fell free to move thread if needed

Had you recently used Safari iCloud sync? If you had or not, you can re-enable it and then disable it after a minute. A prompt will appear if you want to keep or delete from iPhone and select delete from iPhone. Try to see if the bookmark is removed or is it editable in Safari.

In The Past i used it yep rather then delete i merged content cloud wise then after a few mins switch the cloud back off again
