I have iOS 11 beta on iPhone and Mac OS Sierra on Mac. I recently re installed OS Sierra on Mac cause I was having issues with HIGH Sierra.

I have the "Safari" checked off in system preferences on my mac. I've checked and unchecked it. I want my bookmarks on my iPhone that used to be on my mac and vice vera to show up on my safari on my Mac.

Any idea on a fix. Is it because i'm running a beta on iPhone?

Yup. I bet they sync correctly in High Sierra but neither my iPad or iPhone running iOS 11 are showing up in Sierra. I have a feeling there are some pretty major changes in iCloud going on, with message syncing, shared storage, and most likely a transition to APFS.

I had the same problem, but it also affected my keychain. All my stored passwords are now gone. If i roll back to 10 it doesn't come back either. So be very careful if you're testing the beta and having second thoughts it may result in losing Your iCloud keychain data.
