For the last several versions of 11.3 I have been unable to reliably make new bookmarks or reading list additions. The bookmarks will disappear leaving a blank bookmark icon while the reading list pages will just completely disappear. On my non-beta device the bookmarks remain but oddly enough the reading list pages will go to my bookmarks, while also still behaving like a reading list. Meaning they have the gray bar at the top and will move to the next once you reach the end of the first one. Is anyone else seeing this issue with the beta?
