What's the best way to sync my Safari bookmarks? I'm currently using Windows and X Marks doesn't work. Any suggestion? Thanks.

I'm not sure if you already know this but iClouds windows control panel lets you do this. It gives you the option to sync safari and Internet explorer bookmarks. I know it does this and works because I use it to sync my IE bookmarks to my iOS devices.
