Safari bookmarks

Is there a standalone bookmarks manager for Safari? The built-in bookmarks manager sucks. The closest I have found is Pins, but it's not perfect because it cannot directly edit Safari bookmark XML files.

For those not in the know, I'm talking about the file in ~/Library/Safari/Bookmarks.plist.

Are there any standalone bookmark editors that can edit the Bookmarks.plist file?

I use BookMacster to sort and verify bookmarks. It might be what you are after... they have a trial version so you can check it out before purchasing.
