Anyone else have this bug? It appeared after updating to iOS9 and subsequent update.

When I view all currently opened websites (by tapping the two squares in the top right of the Safai screen) I can still see the names of websites I have closed down. These are overlayed on the names of currently open sites.

Secondly, the names of sites viewed in private browsing also appear overlaid on the names of websites displayed in non-private browsing.

The problem goes away when I switch off iPad completely and the switch on again.

Good idea. The screen shot shows how the names of sites are still displayed after I close them down. this only started happening after I updated to iOS 9 and subsequent update. I have iOS 9.02. Mine is a third generation iPad model No A1416.
