Safari, Chrome, Mail displaying weird

I hope someone can help! Safari, Google and Mail are all only load part of pages. When I type in the search box, no letters even show up, but it takes them and does the search. I'm including a screen shot, since it is hard to explain. Nothing has changed here - did the software update yesterday and everything was fine.

Any advice?
