Upgraded to latest version of iOS and set the search bar to show at the top in Safari.

What I think I see is that swiping up to scroll a web page since putting the bar at the top looks to have made the bottom 1cm of the screen unresponsive to touch - basically where the search bar would be if it were at the bottom.

I don't have this screen response anywhere I can see outside of Safari.

I also don't recall it being like this before the updated iOS version.

Anyone else see this?

I thought that's the place where the buttons disappear when you scroll up, and that area is never responsive except to make the buttons appear again when you tap it. This has been the case for years. Or are you referring to something else?
