Safari does not open on GM ?

installed El capitan GM, Safari does not open showing beach ball ? what gives.

@ramram55 I'd like to help, but you do not provide enough information for anyone to be of much help.

Best I can think of until you do provide more information, is an incompatible Safari extension may be causing Safari 9.0 to hang at startup.

Nothing fancy, I have been using el capitan beta and it was all good, after the GM, the safari would not open. Wait till the general release and go from there.

Working here. In it now. Perhaps open Console and check out whats going on.
