For example, typing this message, Safari isn't scrolling the page to follow the text as I type. This is quite different to iOS 9. Was wondering if this is a bug or if this change is permanent (which would suck).

Also, if you hit the 123 key to put in an e.g. comma, it doesn't switch back to the ABC keys after you hit space, but stays on the numbers keys.

These are two significant changes from iOS 9...

No one really knows if these are deliberate changes in some fashion or mostly bugs or some sort, although most hope that they are bugs (which still doesn't really say much as far as when things might change).

I came across that thread. Feels like it was a dead end with all the nonsense suggestions.. :(
There's really not much to suggest aside from hoping that Apple does something about it (hopefully sooner than later).
