Yes it was adblock Pro that I forgot about..but why are images blocked as ad?
What I saw elsewhere -
  • Image URL and file name contain such ad keywords as advert banner, banner, adwords, adv, ad, adsens, eader-ads, adtech footer_ads, sidebar-ads, etc.
  • The file name mentions the standard ad banner dimensions, for instance: image_728_90.png, image_300x600.jpg.
  • The image size matches the ad banner dimensions in pixels.

On iPadOS 14.5.1 there is a notification banner displayed by the side informing you that the SD blocker is actually interfering:

Ghibli theme park will have Totoro playroom, Kiki’s house, and let you work Irontown’s bellows...png
