iPhone safari download manager

hi guys,

i'm just wondering if there is an app for ios where it manages all the downloads. I know there is safari downloader plus, but it has additional features which i don't need as i already have Bridge and i feel paying $3.5 just to manage my downloads is a bit too much. Is there another alternative app which solely manages downloads? thanks

I downloaded safari downloader plus, thinking this would add the abiality to download some of the streaming stuff i listen to (no wifi at work). However it does not seem to do that

No, i listen to Audio streams mostly but just tried a Video one and no luck.
