Safari downloading a file every hour without reason

Hi,

So I have a tricky problem.
About every hour (sometimes more), a window opens with a JPEG file with nothing in it (basically just a grey square).
After searching a bit, it is a file downloaded by safari then opened in preview.
It comes from a website I trust (it's a food-related delivery website), where I made an order a few days ago.
The thing is, the website is not open anymore anywhere, I deleted the emails I received after that (as I thought, maybe it can come from an email as I have Mail always open), I started restarting the computer.... But this thing continues....

Any idea? Someone recommended fseventer, but it is not developped anymore, I found "DaemonFS" which is supposed to be similar but it doesn't give any interesting information (it just sees that the file was created).

I would do the following:
1. Empty Safari Cashes and Clear History, check Extensions in Preferences, delete entries that are not supposed to be there, then Quit.
2. Download EasyFind and look for websites' name or any name associated with it. Delete found entries along with the .jpeg file in question.

So, it didn't work
I had nothing yesterday afternoon but this morning this file came again
Any other ideas?
Maybe a way to see what creates this file?

Really strange.
Ok, let's try something else.
In Safari Preferences:
1. Privacy - Cookies and other website data - Details (click on it to open the list). Find the website in question (food-related delivery website) and click on Remove.
2. General - "Open "safe" files after downloading" (bottom of the menu) - Uncheck.

I don't think point number 2 would solve the problem but just "hide" it, right?

This is really a crazy thing happening, thinking to call Apple for some help

So I called Apple, stayed about 1 hour on the phone.
Made me delete some cache files in the library folder, and looks like it works!
