Is there a way to make safari downloads to ipads internal instead of icloud? Not everyone has a fast upload speed and i want to control what to put on icloud drives....

iPad Safari downloads to ipad?

Yep. You change the download location in the Settings app in the Safari section. Just change it to "On my iPad"
