Safari favorites bar issue

When I type something to search with google in the address bar and I press return, 80% of times the new favorites bar disappear (as it should be), safari loads the google search and than the favorites bar appears again.

This is very annoying and I tried everything: I've been having this issue from the first public preview and still with 10.10.1 using safari 8.0.1

I tried a clean install, to trash the safari's folder in ~/Library, disabling icloud sync but no ways to send the issue away.

Turn off Presences >> Search >> Show Favorites.

Already done. But I was wandering for a real solution because I like the new bar but I was forced to disable it.
