Ok this is very creepy. So I have 2 Macs on El Captain(Mac Mini and Retina iMac). I have my Show frequently disabled on my iMac but enabled on my Mac Mini. I logged into my Mac Mini today and notice that Frequently Visited sites are showing from my iMac. My Mac Mini is hooked up to a big screen TV and I know I did not visit them on my Mac Mini and I know I did on my iMac. I only use my Mac Mini for media like youtube..etc.

Is Apple keeping all of my browsing habits stored in the cloud?

Since frequent sites show up in the favorites pain, I would assume that they would also be synced to iCloud, if you have safari selected in iCloud settings.
