At some point within the past two iOS updates, the Frequently Visited Sites functionality on my iPhone and iPad stopped displaying ANY sites, despite the setting still being active. I've turned the setting off and back on, and still no change in behavior.

Has else ever experience this issue? If so, how did you go about resolving it?

Mine has been working selectively, not really based on any frequency or anything. Just random. I went ahead and turned it off.

Is anyone still having this issue running 10.3.2

Works on iPad.

Tried removing safari iCloud syncing then re adding. Reboot etc. Can not get it to work at all.

Any ideas?
