Safari Frequently visited sites.

I'm running 10.3.2 on iPad and iPhone and just noticed that frequently visited sites is nowhere to be seen on my phone, works fine on iPad.

I've tried to toggle it off reboot, remove iCloud syncing then rebooting etc just can't get it to work.....anyone else have this issue or any thoughts on what I could try?

As a check, did you check the frequently used sites setting under safari in settings to ensure it's on?
