When in Safari on iOS 12 you could pinch outwards on a video player to make it go full screen and it would load in the Apple video interface (was great for getting picture in picture for YouTube). However now on iPadOS it just zooms in the whole webpage. It seems the only way to get full screen appears to be tapping the icon for full screen on webpage’s player, which loads their player, this sucks when having an external display connected as it doesn’t fill the whole display.
