Safari Handoff not working?

I'm sitting here trying to get a URL to my iPhone to share...and no matter what I do it just won't work on Sierra/iOS 10.0.1. I've tried from the lockscreen and the multitasking view. No luck.

The handoff is showing just fine and I can tap on it, it opens Safari and says "Opening Page from Handoff..." and then stops loading 2 seconds later and just gives me a blank tab. It doesn't work on any website that I have tried. Notes handoff works fine.

Is it just me or is this a bug?

Same here. Handoff is not working with my mid 2012 macbook pro & retina iMac. Universal clipboard too. I've tried icloud logout/login on all devices but no luck.

It didn't work for me for the first day and now it seems to be working - I tried "everything" yesterday and couldn't get things to work then I tried again this afternoon and things seem to be working - haven't tried everything but handoff works again, universal clipboard works at least one way
