I just got a new phone, and haven't restored it from an old backup, or from anything on icloud. On my old phone The data value for history located under settings>general>iphone storge>Safari always said 131kb, regardless of the fact there was no history in the app, or if I delete all history and website data.

On my new phone, it said 0kb. But then the first time I used Safari it went back up to 131kb.

What is going on here? Again, I did no backups or restores from the devices, and this occurred before I logged into my apple account.

Is this a default value for everyones history, even if they have nothing to clear?

The only thing I can think of is this is the default value for the safari history folder than storage detects, but can anyone confirm this?
