Safari iPad 10.5 blurry text? (video)

I’m not sure if this is an iPad problem or an ios11 problem, but I’ll start here. Every time I switch tabs on safari text is all blurry and then it focuses. Running 11.0.3.

Any advice? Thanks!

I uploaded a screen recording however due to quality it’s not entirely obvious, but it is on my local video.

 
If the text is fine using other apps (or other browsers), then its a software issue, either Safari, or iOS 11. If it's a hardware issue, then any app the displays text will have that issue.

My recommendation is to download a different browser and see if that fixes things.
 
Looks like it's Safari. Not doing it on Chrome. Can I move this to the iOS11 board?
 
I wonder if there is anyone on who had this problem is on the 11.1 beta to see if its been fixed.

Same problem on my IPad Air 2. 11.1 doesn’t fix. It’s like the tab has to almost reload too. Don’t matter if i have no other apps open and only a couple tabs in safari. It’s a bit annoying.
 
Has there been any update regarding this? I've been having this on two different iPads on iOS 11. Even iOS 11.2 doesn't fix the issue.
