Hello, I have a 2018 9.7 Inch IPad. Ever since IPadOS came out safari has not worked right. It constantly reloads websites, even if I use the mobile site. It’s really annoying me. Any ideas? If I can’t figure it out I’ll find a different browser.

I wasn’t when I wrote the post. I am now though. I’ll see if it makes a difference.
I doubt you’ll notice any change, the bug is still there. 13.3 supposedly resolves some of the issue but we’ll have to wait and see just how much.

My impression so far is that, despite what Apple said, IOS 13 takes more RAM than IOS 12 did... so there are more refreshes on 2GB devices (in any version)

Stands to reason. You can't really beef up multi-tasking without the accompanying RAM load.
