Safari issue...

The little status bar where you type the url doesn't seem to complete anymore. It gets about 3/4 of the way and stays there. The pages seem to be rendering fine, but it makes me think something hasn't finished loading. Has this happened to anyone else? I've tried rebooting, but it's still there.

Does anyone have any ideas? Oh yeah, it's 3.1.1.

Give your cache a clear, and see how you go, perhaps a reboot also once you have cleared the cache.

I had this on my old ibook for a while but it worked for me to clear the cache or do a system update. I did it all at once so not sure which one came across the fix? Good luck with it!

thanks! i rest safari and now it's back to normal and a lot quicker as well.
