Safari issues

Since downloading ios10 frequently when I'm on safari I keep getting pop ups saying I've been selected to win something. Has anyone else experienced this and how do I fix it!?

Sounds like some site you are visiting is causing this. You might want to close Safari, go into settings for Safari and clear all data there, potentially restart your device, and perhaps look into using a constant blocker if you can.
