Safari kill() returned unexpected error 1

Hi,
I've completely reinstalled Catalina, its fresh and clean. When I start using Safari it spams system with error messages.
Can you check your console — devices — macbook — error and faults while safari is open?

Safari spams with 50000 error messages in several min
Idk but know I cant use it, switched to diff browser.

I’ve seen it in Catalina, but it doesn’t seem to cause any issues outside of cluttering up the Console display.

I see quite a few of these, seem pretty annoying more than anything.
