Frustrating, never had this issue before 13 but when I’m browsing on either my iPhone or iPad the links will become dead or unresponsive. When I scroll, parts of the page will disappear or the title bar will follow down the page. If I shut the tab and start over it’s fine for a while. Refreshing has no effect whatsoever. Chrome works perfect it’s Safari that’s misbehaving. Anybody have an idea?

I’m wondering if these issues are the result of switching from mobile view to desktop view as the default in iPadOS13.

i don't know if its the same issue or not, but the number of unresponsive links while using macOS current version of Safari has increased as well.
but then again, it may only appear as such, or rather a long delay before the link's page is being acted on.
some kind of delay, anyway.

The most annoying thing I have encountered is Safari serving blank pages on the iPad. I have to reboot to set it right. Unbelievable that Apple can’t get this right.

Having the issue with links fro time to time on news websites. Link is not responsive but works if long press > open in new tab.
