Safari loading pages very slowly

I have an iPhone 13 Pro and I’m having noticeable lag when loading web pages on safari. Att is my carrier and it’s happening with full 5G and when on strong Wi-Fi connections. My wife’s 11 Pro max seems to be doing it as well. Pages would load in a couple seconds are now taking 7-10 seconds.

The blue loading bar gets about 1/3rd of the way, then stops for 7-10 seconds and then finishes loading and the page I’m at trying to get to finally pops up.

Any ideas?

Have you closed all apps and rebooted your iPhone?

yes, did all that. seems to do it anywhere. Blue bar loads 1/3 to 1/2 way.......stops for 5-10 seconds and then the page loads. Sometime even when the page loads, its not even 100% loaded. I'll go to srcoll down or navigate to links on the page and they aren't full loaded yet. Its like 3g speeds. getting very annoyed
