I have recently reinstalled macOS Catalina 10.15.2 because of the problem appeared in console which is showing constantly error with safari saying ‘kill() returned unexpected error 1’. there are thousands of errors on 10 sec. it is still appearing. what should I do?

Does this happen as soon as you fire up Safari from install or has it started again after you've tried to access something or configured it?
What is probably happening is it's trying to load a page where there's an element it doesn't like or can't handle or something like that (yes, I think it is a bug).
If it's happening from default and you have done nothing then I have no idea.
Otherwise, I'd go into the settings and start safari with a blank page and then under search disable the 'preload top hit' setting.
There's a good chance it's preloading something it can't handle. Maybe even something in your bookmarks, possible a favicon (which can cause problems although I'm not sure they can do that.)
If you've reinstalled and then reloaded all your bookmarks from icloud, it might be worth trying it without any bookmarks then adding them back gradually.

@Ruggy (I installed fresh macos because of this error but it didn't work)This error vanished when I opened safari with blank page but as soon as i open any website it started to appear again. I also cleared my bookmarks and also turned off that 'preload top hit' but still there is no hope. I am afraid because there are tons of lines with this error. Is there any way I can refresh safari browser?

Unless something is not working, I've learned to ignore the error messages in the console.

No flash, No extension, everything is clean and aslo tried disabling things in develop menu But Yeah, no errors in Safari Tech. Preview. I should continue with it. Thanks for helping.
It's not malware multiple devs have been complaining about this happening in console since Catalina released and it happens on my Mac now even after I did a factory rest for unrelated reasons. It's just Apple software engineering at its finest. I'd just not worry about it OPRight, sorry that didn't help.

So why isn't it happening to millions of people then.
All the hardware is the same, all the Apple software is the same.
If it's only happening to handful of people it's something on their machines.
Some sort of malware that's being reinstalled in an app, the router, some sort of link
Just because someone has reinstalled doesn't mean they are clean. They reinstall apps, files etc and that's exactly how malware works. In Windows it regularly hides in deleted files .
If it were just Apple then this would be happening to millions of people and it simply isn't.
It's a WebKit bug, everyone has it.

It probably is. Most people never look in console, or pay much heed to it, without specific need to.
