Yep, you read that right. My back and forward buttons are missing from the toolbar.

"From when?" you ask. "Dunno," I reply, shamefaced.

See, I use the keyboard short-cuts primarily. And ever since I found out I could change the keyboard short-cuts to what I wanted (Using Xcode to modify the menu.nib file in the Safari.app folder), I stopped using the menubar completely. I have shift-leftarrow as back, and shift-rightarrow as forward. cmd-left/right arrows to move between tabs.

In any case, a couple of days ago, I noticed that my back and forward buttons were missing :-D.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

you might try downloading tinkertool, or a skin changer -- i dunno if these will work or not.

However, reinstalling safari would probably work.

Thanks!! I'm really really dumb. I didn't think to check the view menu :-(

But I added the bug button :) So next time I can quickly report any safari bugs.... hopefully not ones that are too stupid.
