Safari / Mobileme, worked now stopped? (pc)

Bit weird this, hope someone has some ideas please?

Almost certain its a problem on my pc and not MM, but i cant find the problem. Going to Me.com on either my Mac or my Windows laptop works fine, But in past two days if i go to Me.com on my Windows PC i constantly get "server not responding" page in Safari ?

I tried empty cache, removing cookies etc but still for past two days on this one machine Me.com doesn't load or work? Yet all other internet sites work fine and Me.com works on all othe rmachines.

Anyone ?

Tried Me.com on firefox also now, still just fails in that too. Yet on my Mac its all fine? Even noticed NO Apple websites (apple.com etc) will load at all, all fail or time out on any browser on my PC..

So far i tried:
-reseting modem and router
-switching off all firewalls / spyware-virus detection
-releasing DNS and Flushing DNS
-Empty cache and deleting all cookies
-scanned for virus's and malware found nothing

Still on this one machine i cant access any apple websites?
Which of course makes MM of no use on this machine

I can't log into my account from the me.com website this morning either. WTF? This is ridiculous. Is this thing ever going to work reliably?

How is the computers connection to the internet where it is not responding?
