Other safari not syncing bookmarks on iPhone

Hi everyone,

I can't get safari bookmarks to sync with iCloud on my iPhone! I tried turning off and on safari syncing and I also tried signing out and back in of iCloud on both my devices.

Please help!

I'd just wait it out.
For -months- I couldn't log in or out of iCloud on my Mac after I changed my contact email for my Apple ID via my iPhone. iPhone was fine. Mac was hosed.
Then suddenly 2 months later it logged in with no issue. I didn't change or do anything different. It just suddenly worked.
In my experience, iCloud syncing on all your devices is a miracle that rarely occurs without hiccups.

Did you doublecheck that Safari is enabled for iCloud under Settings on your phone? I literally just finished synching my iPad and iPhone Safari bookmarks after making major changes in them on my iPad this AM.
