So, here's the deal. Recently I began having a problem with my iMac freezing up on me, I was able to move the mouse arrow on screen still, but nothing else would respond. I couldn't click on anything, keyboard non responsive, nothing. I was forced to power down to restart the computer, the only common denominator I could figure was Safari. It would only happen when I had safari open and browsing the web. It seemed to especially dislike multiple windows open in browser. Since I have been using Google Chrome exclusively, I have not had any issues. Any thoughts on what the problem could be and suggestions to correct this? It's a late 2009 iMac if that matters. TIA.
